Job Description
Ensure good machine maintenance and facility team performance.
Establish team with good discipline and high morale level.
Plan and tracking all the equipment maintenance schedules and activities, such as daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly machine preventive maintenances.
Ensure machines are running smoothly for daily operations.
Provide trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills to the team.
Ensure proper installations, renovations and maintenance of facilities to minimize production delay.
Perform routine inspection and ensure the main equipment are in good condition to support daily operation.
Cost control on facility and machine maintenance within the budgets.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, BIC requirements and other relevant regulations.
Perform training and guidance to the facility & maintenance team. Instill good maintenance practices and safety culture.Ensure all the works done on time and meeting quality & SOP standards.
Update and documented all the inspection and PM reports.
Job Requirement
At least 3 years of experience as a Facility Engineer or in a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Project management skills.
Basic equipment maintenance knowledge.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
