- Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules. - Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production. - Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production. - Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability. - Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality. - Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. - Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner. - Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.

Job Description : - To coordinate new transfer program and responsible to develop jointly on evaluating new processes charts; - To conduct time study and evaluate process flow to identify inefficient area and suggest improvement and action plan; - Involvement in all corrective actions that are taken on any discrepancy found during inspections/audit pertaining to his areas; - Responsible to do the line layout, jig & fixture design and continuous improvement in shop floor - Responsible to meeting customer satisfaction. - Prepare documentation for new Manufacturing processes or Engineering procedures or Engineering change order - Review product designs for manufacturability (DFM) or completeness. - Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods (FMEA) and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods. - Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness - Design testing methods and test finished products or process capabilities to establish standards or validate process requirements. - Evaluate manufactured products according to specifications and quality standards - Responsible to develop production method on the implementation to the shop floor; - Responsible to buy-off any new equipment prior to production use. - Prepare reports summarizing information or trends related to manufacturing performance.
