Qualification 1. Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. 2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. 3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 4. Required Skill(s): Communication, Leadership, Independent, Supervision, Problem Solving 5. 1. Memastikan aktiviti line pengeluaran sesuai dengan polisi & prosedur kilang. 2.Bertanggungjawab atas jadual syif termasuk tugas /putaran stesen kerja ,latihan dan bimbingan,membantu Penyelia "trouble shooting' 3.Mengemas kini isu atau prestasi produksi dalam mesyuarat pengeluaran harian.

Responsibility & Accountability: 1) Ensure all mold change; mold repair and mold servicing are carried out during day shift. 2) Check abnormal occurrence reported by his subordinate, 3) Analysis and is responsible for deciding whether mass production or machinery should be stopped when there is a quality issue (abnormal). 4) Guide his subordinate on theoretical and technical aspect on maintenance of machinery, mold, equipment, and others. 5) Responsible for overtime arrangement and manpower replacement should any shortfall occurred. 6) Provide technical support when required. 7) To perform any other responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate superior (ad-hoc assignment). Work full time in a manufacturing environment to test and assess the quality of plywood production.; 6. Handle administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets; 7. Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines. 8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 9. Liaise with office regarding production progress and report timely to ensure smooth delivery of orders.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT Responsibilities:- To coordinating production workflow Support the production planning team in developing and maintaining production schedules. Assist in analyzing production specifications and capacity data to determine feasible production schedules. Identifying and resolving potential production issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning processes. Assist Production HOD in daily production meeting, by provide updated information from Production Admin report (any). Back up other Production Admin task when needed. Lead of operator and technician to achieve the set output and quality target. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand Identify and resolve technical issues during production, including troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues. Obtain output information, prepare and submit status and performance reports (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.) To react and suggest solution when encounter product issues. Any other task assigned from time to time.
