Summary A line leader/Technician is in charge of whole production process (from DRY to Packaging process) and supervise operation team. Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for meeting daily production output and quality as target and goals. 2. Perform daily shift handover to ensure production runs smoothly as planned. 3. To run the production according to the production plan and schedule prepared by supervisor. 4. Assists supervisor to ensure production runs smoothly in accordance with production policies and procedure. 5. Assists supervisor in coordinating production startups, shutdown, changeovers, and prevention maintenance. 6. Train and guide operators on the manufacturing process, machinery operation and general mechanical skill. 7. Ensure timely training and onboarding of new employees. 8. Verify PQC result before start of mass production. Qualifications 1. Candidate must have more than 2 years of experience in the related field required for this position. 2. Candidate must posses at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent. 3. Candidate must be able to work in shift pattern. 4. Basic understanding of ISO-13485 5. Required Skill(s): Good in Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skill, Advanced Microsoft Office Skill (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc). 6. Independent, hardowrking, fast learner and "can do" attitude. 7. Candidate must be able to work in shift pattern. 8. Basic understanding of ISO-13485 9. Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia

Ensure the issues are properly resolved (f) Ensure all document are recent and displayed at Operator’s worktable (Work Instruction, Packing Standard, Caution Point, etc.) (g) Ensure production output is tally with related records (daily defect records, GTN etc.) (h) Monitor works done by Operators (i) Ensure that housekeeping are well maintained at all time (j) Ensure compliance to company’s rules and policy, including safety rules (k) Any other duties as and when assigned
