Key Responsibilities: • Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and production capacity to ensure timely delivery of products. • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent shortages or excess stock. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. • Resource Optimization: Coordinate with production teams to allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet production targets and minimize downtime. • Data Analysis: Analyze production data, including performance metrics, production costs, and inventory turnover, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. • Production Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination and resolve production-related issues. • Capacity Planning: Evaluate production capacity and constraints to develop long-term production plans and strategies for scaling production based on business needs and market demand. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements in production workflows. Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance production efficiency and quality. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent negotiation and follow up skills • Able to work in Bandar Enstek

Responsibilities: -Responsible to plan for materials requirements for production to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. -Responsible to continue monitoring and review on stock levels, order lead times to ensure direct production materials inventory is sufficient and fully optimized. -Monitor the Estimated Time Delivery (ETD) of Sales Order/Production Output and follow up with Sales & Marketing department accordingly. -Preparing Daily and Weekly of related reports to superior. -Knowledge in ERP System will be added advantage. -Well verse in MS Excel or its equivalent. Requirements: -Candidate must possess at least STPM or Diploma/Advanced/Higher Learning institutions -Preferable 1 Year of working experience in Manufacturing/ Production Operation or equivalent. -Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. -Immediate availability or able to start within short notice will be added advantage -Effective verbal communication skill. -Willing to work in Klang, Selangor. -Working days : Monday to Saturday (0830am-0530pm)
