Work alongside with the Outlet Supervisor to host the management of the outlet
• Manage day-to-day operation and performance for retail shop, vending machine and foodcourt
• Perform inventory management
• Handle retail inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
• Assist in analyzing sales data and trends
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the team standards are upheld across your region, emphasizing fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Develop your Area Managers and the wider management team in your region, serving as a mentor and inspiring growth.
• Act as a bridge between your region's restaurants and Central Support (HQ) functions, working collaboratively to achieve regional goals and represent Operations.
• Work with your Area Managers to ensure that we have the right people with the right skills in the right places for every shift.
• Ensure consistent execution of the brand experience across your region by continuously reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing performance in People, Product, and Place.
• Collaborate with your team to identify and implement opportunities that foster brand love and customer loyalty in your region, serving as an ambassador for the brand and ensuring the execution of national and local marketing plans.
• Comprehend and identify customer trends in your region, providing valuable guidance to your teams and sharing these insights with the Business.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer complaints in your region, ensuring they are handled in alignment with the brand's service recovery standards.
• Drive sustainable growth in the overall performance of your region by setting targets, effectively communicating a clear vision to achieve these targets, and providing support to your teams to deliver that vision
• Contribute to the financial planning process, including target setting, and offer valuable inputs
• Take responsibility for monitoring and enhancing profits by exercising control over operating costs (GP, Labor, COGS, etc.) and cultivating your team's capabilities to deliver strong commercial results.
• Play an important role in supporting the opening of new restaurants, working closely with the Area Manager and collaborating with relevant Support functions.
JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• Preferably 5 years and above managerial role in retail management.
• Specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Possess strong leadership skills, organization skills, retails management, analytical thinking, commercial awareness and managerial capabilities.
• Strong Knowledge in profit and loss and financial statement.
