JOB DESCRIPTION : To perform products and promotion sales via telephone and attend to subscriber’s applications and sales enquiries. To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner. To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation. Ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities as assigned. Perform outbound calls to promote products and promotion and generate targeted sales for the company. Answering and responding to inbound calls on product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure. Ensure monthly sales target is achieved. To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy. Perform, participate, and contribute to quality initiatives i.e ISO9001. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Communication must be in English.
