Farnell, an Avnet company, is a global high-service distributor of technology products, services and solutions for electronic system design, maintenance and repair.
Your responsibilities are to make outbound calls and to sign up interested leads over the phone.
You are also required to perform these job functions:
Make an outbound call on the provided leads and encourage the given offer to customers
Convince and enroll interested customers over the phone
Accurately update the system on the call outcome
Deliver good customer experience by focusing on customer's wants and needs
Go the “extra miles” to meet the sales quota
Meeting the quality service standards
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
Proficient to communicate in English (verbal & written) is a must
Experienced in telemarking job is a good advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to start immediately are prioritized
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels Ability to deliver high-quality customer service to external and internal customers Able to work in a team Have passion in sales and perseverance when face challenge Enthusiastic towards achieving target Excellent telephone skills Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
Must be a target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
