Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative working experience (invoicing / purchasing is an advantage)

  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and purchase processes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

  • Able to communicate clearly and work well with internal teams

Tanggungjawab

  • Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and related documents

  • Handle purchase orders (PO), supplier follow-ups, and basic procurement coordination

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for invoices and purchases

  • Update records and ensure accuracy in invoicing and purchase data

  • Coordinate with internal Accounts personnel for billing and payment matters

  • Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
