We are looking for a Façade Design Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing technical drawings for aluminium and glazing works, including windows, doors, curtain wall, glass, louvres, cladding, and other façade-related systems.

This role requires coordination between the design, project, production, and site teams to ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and suitable for fabrication and installation.

• Prepare and coordinate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and as-built drawings.

• Draft aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall, glazing, louvre, cladding, and façade details.

• Review architectural drawings, structural drawings, and project specifications.

• Coordinate with project, production, and site teams on drawing requirements and technical details.

• Revise drawings based on client, consultant, project, or site comments.

• Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and aligned with project requirements.

• Assist in material take-off, quantity checking, and technical coordination when required.

• Maintain proper drawing records, submission files, and revision tracking.

• Support the team in resolving design or site coordination issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in aluminium, glazing, façade, curtain wall, or related construction drafting/design works.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Able to read and understand architectural, structural, and construction drawings.

• Knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, and façade systems is required.

• Experience in shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and as-built drawings.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with project, production, and site teams.
