Kelayakan

  • Candidates with confidence and a strong sense of responsibility, who are self-starters with a positive attitude, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Candidates should possess knowledge of tourism products and itinerary planning, along with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Candidates should have a good understanding of, or be willing to learn, travel tour software such as Computer Reservation Systems (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and e-travel platforms.

  • Candidates should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Candidates should be proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English, as the role requires frequent engagement with Mandarin- and English-speaking customers.

  • Candidates with prior working experience will be given priority.

  • Candidates possessing a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism or Hospitality will be given priority.

  • Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

Tanggungjawab

  • To attend and handle general inquiries, providing customer service to clients via phone calls, walk-ins, online funnels, and emails. Identify clients’ needs and preferences, and recommend suitable travel tour packages or services. Discuss client requirements and advise on appropriate travel tour options.

  • To provide accurate information on tour packages, assess customers’ requirements, and advise on travel tour arrangements. Resolve customers’ travel needs and handle unforeseen challenges professionally.

  • To build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve revenue and profit targets.

  • To manage and confirm client reservations, collect payments, passports, and visas for confirmed bookings.

  • To issue flight tickets, boarding passes, and vouchers, and create and maintain up-to-date digital client records.

  • To lead outbound tours as a Tour Leader or Tour Manager when required.
