Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferable in business administrations.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, preparation of hiring proposals up to onboarding of candidates
Solid experience in regional talent attraction and acquisition, with the ability to response quickly to business needs by designing effective hiring strategies and delivering significant impact through finding great talent
Eagerness to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities
Excellent communication skills with strong market awareness, and ability to persuasion and negotiation
Be good at understanding the mindset of others and friendly communicator
Independent, creative, persistent, and with a strong sense of responsibility
Demonstrates the ability to solve difficult issues with effective solutions and provide positive recommendations
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various requisitions simultaneously across different operation functions and job grades
Possess own transport and able to travel within Klang Valley
