Walaikum assalam and sejahtera, it seems like you are facing a dilemma regarding a job offer from your previous employer, Boss Company. Based on the information you provided, working at Company A as a technician seems to have a satisfactory work schedule, no overtime, and the opportunity to find a part-time job in the evenings if needed. However, you mentioned that Company B, where you previously worked and quit due to unsatisfactory conditions, now has a vacant position. Company B has a different work schedule with longer hours and overtime requirements but offers higher monthly earnings if you diligently work overtime. Additionally, you mentioned that Company B provides a benefit of covering your operation costs, which was not offered by Company A. However, you also mentioned that the work at Company B is physically demanding and involves additional responsibilities as a warden. Considering these factors, it is important to evaluate your priorities and assess which job aligns with your long-term career goals and personal preferences. You should consider the following points:1. Work-life balance: If having weekends off and no overtime is important to you, Company A may be a better option. However, if you are willing to work longer hours and have the potential to earn more at Company B, you may consider the latter.2. Career growth: Take into account the potential for growth and development in each company. Evaluate which company offers better opportunities for career advancement and skill enhancement. Consider where you see yourself in the coming years and which company can support your professional growth.3. Job satisfaction: Reflect on the work environment and job satisfaction you experienced at both companies. Consider factors such as work culture, relationships with colleagues, and the degree of fulfillment you derive from your work. This should help you determine where you are more likely to find personal satisfaction.4. Financial stability: Assess the stability of each company, including factors such as the company's financial health, job security, and benefits packages. Consider which company provides a stronger foundation for your financial stability and future planning.Ultimately, the decision to accept or reject the job offer from Company B should align with your long-term career goals, personal preferences, and overall well-being. It may also be helpful to discuss your options with trusted mentors, friends, or family members who can provide valuable insights. May you make a decision that brings you success and contentment. Alhamdulillah.
