Shui Xing is seeking a talented and enthusiastic MIS Intern to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As an MIS Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Management Information Systems (MIS) function, contributing to the effective operations and strategic development of our organisation.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Internship placement from 3 month's onwards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of Management Information Systems and their applications

• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a keen interest in technology and innovation

• Able to work on-site in Klang

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktop and laptop computers.

• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools.

• Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, and access permissions in accordance with company policies.

• Assist in the deployment and replacement of equipment (PCs, monitors, printers, etc.).

• Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
