Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our client’s pharmacy. This role combines people management, administrative coordination, customer service, and operational support to ensure smooth workflows, efficient patient communication, and a well-organized working environment.

· Support and oversee daily front desk and administrative operations
· Coordinate patient and doctor communications, appointments, and prescription orders
· Process staff claims, attendance, leave records, and related administrative documentation
· Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, scheduling, and daily performance
· Handle onboarding of new hires and coordinate with outsourced HR support
· Act as a point of contact for staff issues and day-to-day operational concerns
· Help maintain smooth workflows, accountability, and team discipline
· Assist with inventory, supplies, and coordination with vendors when required
· Ensure proper documentation, filing, and operational record keeping
· Handle customer service issues and escalate operational matters when necessary
· Support management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
