* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

* Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities

* Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions

* Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability

* Supervise and guide finance team members

* Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls

* Handle payroll, cost control, and expense management

* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

* Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent) is preferred

* Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

* Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting

* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

* Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

* High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail
