Requirements
Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
Processing invoices & payments to external partners
Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping
Responsibilities
Diploma and above in accounting and related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and accounting software required
Able to work under pressure during peak seasons
Required Language(s) : Mandarin, English (Able to read & understand Mandarin will be an advantage)
