Job Description

Requirements

  • Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.

  • Processing invoices & payments to external partners

  • Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts

  • Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests

  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping

Responsibilities

  • Diploma and above in accounting and related fields

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and accounting software required

  • Able to work under pressure during peak seasons

  • Required Language(s) : Mandarin, English (Able to read & understand Mandarin will be an advantage)
