Job Description:
Prepare Project building briefs, project statement of need, specific operational requirements, scope of work, budget, project schedule and other project deliverables
Lead and conduct project meetings with clients, stakeholders, consultants and contractors
Manage project schedules, update project status and progress
Review cost estimates and manage project budget
Ensure quality of the project deliverables
Provide advice on procurement/tendering strategy
Review tender documents, variation agreements and render professional advice on any penalties, liquidated damages when deem necessary.
Lead and conduct project tender/quotation evaluation
Prepare/ Review and submit tender/quotation evaluation reports
Hand over of project upon completion
Manage the Defects Liability Period.
Review the final accounts
An other duties as required by the Client / FM team/Account Director
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or above from a recognized institution preferably in Building/Building Science/Engineering/Contract Management/Quantity Surveying with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Strong leadership, management and negotiation skills
Good and fluent in spoken and written English
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

About the role:
We are looking for
Office Manager reporting to the two managing directors of the group. In this role, you will:
Provide executive support:
Organize and coordinate general administration from the MD's office , including calendar management, travel arrangement, external meetings organization.
In charge of organizing staff engagement events, including dinner & dance, festive celebrations, and staff sales event
Partner with MDs and other head of departments to prepare group wide communication, including drafting emails and crafting EDMs
Owns and provide continuous process improvement on invoicing
Drive efficiency on office and pantry supplies, reduce wastage through initiatives
Interfaces with clients, vendors, building management, and employees on a regular basis
Manages office budget, negotiates, and tracks contracts
Guides office layout improvements
Assists with new employee onboarding & off-boarding, including determining seating charts
EHS & Maintenance:
Lead the total environmental, health & safety agenda for the group, including promote, support and implement necessary policy to adhere the regulated standards
Organize and develop annual objectives, improvements, developments, and budgeting. Pursue EHS excellence and plant reliability, efficiency, and costs optimizations.
Lead 1 personnel who has expertise in ESG
