Oversee daily CNC milling operations, ensuring efficient production. Train and mentor CNC milling operators. Set up and program CNC milling machines according to specifications. Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of CNC milling machines.

CNC Machine Programmer Responsibilities: -Responsible for CNC turning and CNC Grinding machine department. -Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models for CNC machines. -Choosing and setting the correct cutting tools for the job. -Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications. -Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process. -Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product. -Cleaning and maintaining the machine. CNC Machine Programmer Requirements: -Min. 2 years experience. -High school diploma or GED. -Extensive experience as a CNC programmer. -Ability to read and interpret design blueprints. -Extensive experience with computer modelling software. -Strong attention to detail. -Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline. -Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work after-hours and odd hours when required.

CNC Turning Centre Machine programming setting and operating Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position. Programs of CNC Turning by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs. Should have minimum 5 years of Experience. Sets-up CNC Turning Centre by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads, Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
