• Membuat pengiraan produk dan stok agar “OHB” dan POS sama.

• Menerima stok dari HQ dan mesti sama dengan “transfer note”, dan jika tidak sama, perlu di beritahu kepada HQ dengan segera.
• Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam memberikan khidmat layanan kepada pelangan dalam keadaan yang memuaskan dan berkualiti.
• Menerima dan menyimpan maklumbalas pelanggan dan memberitahu kepada Supervisor

Responsibilities
• Answering, screening and forward incoming phone calls by providing basic information when necessary.
• Entertain sales enquiries and provide sales support.
• Handle all sales administrative documentation, customer enquiries & request promptly, accurately and professionally.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
1. To respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, request, and concerns via phone, email and other communication channels.
2. To provide accurate information and assistance regarding company products, services, warranties, and technical specifications.
3. To process customer orders, including order entry, confirmation, and tracking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
4. To assist customer with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and product support, collaborating with technical experts and service technicians as needed.
5. To Maintenace accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests using CRM systems or other software platforms.
