2. Attend to customers complaints and find solutions to all complaints.
3. To ensure that all daily transportations and shipments are scheduled to customers’ needs.
4. To coordinate with all related parties inclusive of customers ensuring shipments in order.
5. To ensure that opening and closing of jobs are done according to requirements.
6. To control of Levy and Toll for sub contractor’s truck.
7. To help/assisting in arrangement of daily trucks to meet customers’ needs.
8. To ensure that all documents are ready for trucks clearance at customs stations.
9. To check/monitor that permits and forms are prepared accordingly to requirements.
