Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue for our HR solutions portfolio.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR industry, including HR software, consulting services, training programs, and other HR solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and markets, including HR professionals, business leaders, and C-suite executives.
Understand clients' HR challenges, pain points, and objectives to tailor our solutions and services to meet their needs effectively.
Lead the negotiation and closing of sales agreements, contracts, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to develop and deliver innovative HR solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and performance against targets.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred.
years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on HR solutions or services.
