Overview: We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Advisor, Business Development to drive growth and expansion of our HR solutions portfolio. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to develop and deliver innovative HR solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and performance against targets. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred. years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on HR solutions or services. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business development principles, processes, and best practices within the HR industry. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs. Proven ability to negotiate complex deals, contracts, and partnerships to drive business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the HR industry.
