To perform wafer fabrication inspection operations and to ensure wafer quality meets customer requirements.
To support environmental procedures and regulatory requirements.
To ensure full use of machine capacity and to ensure no gaps in machine time stoppage.
To understand the process area; primarily by strictly adhering to the machine’s standard operating procedure, the traveler sheet fill-in procedure, the traveler sheet instructions, proper wafer handling, chemical handling, process verification, machine start-up, shut down, and preventive maintenance activities.
Key person to detect wafer’s process defects, or machine abnormalities and notify the manufacturing supervisor or technical shift leader as soon as possible to ensure no further runs are performed after detection.
To follow the instructions from superiors and to achieve the production output target, process yield, and product quality set by the management.
To understand the theories of processes and machines.
To provide immediate feedback to superiors on any unknown or unidentified defect found on wafers, as well as any machine abnormalities that may cause a lengthy stoppage."

To ensure success as a manufacturing technician, you should possess extensive knowledge of product assembly and experience in a similar industry. A first-class manufacturing technician will be someone whose production knowledge and skills result in the manufacturing of high-quality products.
Able to read & understand technical drawing & manuals.
Able to conducting general troubleshooting, repairing & preventive maintenance of mechanical & electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrument, chilled water system of machines & facility associated equipment.
Able to work on shift rotate, overtime, emergency call back on rest day & public holiday and able to maintain a daily log book of work done during the shift.
