Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in recruitment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct interviews, both in-person and via phone/video conferencing, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms as needed. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
