Responsibilities:
Receiving, unpacking, quantity and quality inspection, labelling, put-away and data entry for goods receipts.
Packs and ships orders for delivery.
Ensure all activities recorded and timely data entry update into system.
Monitor weekly stock issued from store and parts need re-order.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Ability to communicate with all levels of staff within the organization.
Experience working in a Warehouse environment would be an advantage.
Responsible, discipline & able follow superior instruction

-Collaborating with other departments such as production, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
-Communicating inventory status and any supply-related issues to relevant teams.
-Entering data into computer systems accurately.
-Maintaining records of inventory transactions, sales, and product movements.
-Update inventory records, including adding new stock and recording sales or transfers.
-Keep the store and storage areas clean and orderly, including checking for any safety hazards.
-Perform regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with recorded inventory levels.
-Collaborate with other departments to update them on inventory status and coordinate stock movements.
-Ensure that the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle is followed by rotating stock to prevent items from becoming obsolete.
Requirement :
-Computer literate
-Knowledge of Google Suite such as Google Form
-Knowledge on Auto count System
-Strong ability to communicate effectively with team, work independently, responsive and informative
-Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-Age 18 -38 years old
-Contract basis for 3 months and will confirm as permanent staff if performance is satisfactory

- To control all incoming of raw material in terms of quantity, description against purchase order.
- To prepare all necessary documents for recording and controlling purposes, e.g. stock movement, delivery order, purchase order, stock card and so on.
- To control all out-going raw material from store.
- To ensure all fished goods out-going to main warehouse is accurate in description and quantity.
- To update stock card every occurring or movement immediately.
- To check and report workers attendance daily.
- Any other matters assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Handle answering incoming call, filling statement, invoice and other related document. Must active this activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:
Inventory Management:
i) Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
ii) Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent overstocking or stock outs.
Order Processing and Tracking:
i) Receive and process purchase requests and orders for medical supplies and equipment.
ii) Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
iii) Track and document order status, delivery times, and backorders.
Vendor Coordination:
i) Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase agreements.
ii) Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to the procurement team for vendor selection and contract renewals.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
i) Maintain accurate and organized records of all procurement transactions, invoices, and purchase orders.
ii) Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and internal policies regarding record-keeping, documentation.
Coordination with Internal Departments:
i) Collaborate with various departments such as nursing, pharmacy and operations to understand their supply needs and requirements.
ii) Ensure efficient communication and coordination between departments to optimize the supply chain process.
Reports and Analysis:
i) Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and procurement activities.
ii) Analyze data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and propose process improvements.
Quality Control:
Assist in monitoring product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Basic Requirements and Skills needed:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain management or related is a plus.
2. Previous experience in inventory management, procurement, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
3. Familiarity with healthcare supply chain processes, regulations, and standards.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in using relevant software applications for inventory management and order processing.
