As Retail Supervisor, you are the customer service specialist of the store. You take great care of our customers and are responsible to exceed their expectations by listening to their needs, answering questions about products and services, finding products that meet their needs, providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in and achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence.

(a) Assist Logistic Head in controlling of Store Department to ensure smooth running of issuance, receiving, handling and storage of goods
(b) Monitor issuance and receiving of sub-contractor material and parts are according to approved quantity, specification and correct system
(c) Follow-up with Shipping and Planning Departments of daily output and deliveries
(d) Assist in initiating improvement plans and evaluating of departmental KPI
(e) Coordinate weekly meeting with subordinates of daily problems and improvement
(f) Supervise subordinates to ensure work completed on deadlines
(g) Check and verify all works done by subordinates
(h) Ensure that all works done are properly documented and filed
(i) Monitor and control usage of store equipment and machineries
(j) Ensure that housekeeping are well maintained at all time
(k) Ensure compliance to company’s rules and policy, including safety rules
(l) Any other duties as and when assigned
