Responsibilities -Manage end-to-end recruitment process -Create and publish job ads through various portals (ie Linkedin, Hiredly, Jobstore, etc.) -Screening resumes effectively and shortlists for initial phone screening -Direct sourcing by searching resume databases and or social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) -Utilize all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline -Conduct interviews, phone screenings, and Teams video calls to create shortlists of qualified candidates -Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers, discuss effective hiring strategies, and guide on recruitment-related matters -Understand job descriptions and requirements for accurate and effective hiring -Develop a recruitment database and talent pools of potential candidates for future job requirements -Effectively communicate with candidates on time (e.g. confirming receipt of the application, rejection emails, etc.) -Facilitate new employee onboarding process to ensure employees gain an understanding of corporate culture, benefits plan, etc. -Participate in organizing all the fun Great
