Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing, export environment or customer service field is preferable
Customer orientation, strong verbal and written communication skills- English & Mandarin. Candidate fluent in English & Mandarin is preferred as role requires candidate to deal with customers from oversea and suppliers with Mandarin speaking.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure to maintain records in timely & accurate mode
Able to work independently, assertive, self- driven with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
