Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin, English or Malay (spoken and written)
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Self-driven and disciplined, with a strong desire to achieve goals
- Confident in handling phone calls and answering inquiries
- A team player who can also work independently
- Skills Required: Communication Skills, Sales Skills and Active Listening.
Responsibilities
- Contact pre-qualified leads via phone and messaging platforms.
- Introduce and explain our loan advisory services to potential customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Clearly explain loan terms, interest rates, and eligibility.
- Maintain professional follow-ups to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction.
