Our client is renowned FMCG / Food distribution group in Singapore.
They have successfully marketed and distributed their products. To sustain the group's continuous development, they are looking for a Sales Manager for HORECA Channels to join their growing business.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for site compliance for regulatory, quality as well as food safety standards
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements including SFA, HALAL, FSMA and etc.
Act as representative for site projects impacting quality and food safety
Act as food safety team leader
Being site trainer for quality, regulatory and food safety matters
Manage overall in-plant GMP audit programs
In-charge of all pre-audit activities
Lead the weekly/ monthly review meeting and compile reports
Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor in Food Science/ Technology or equivalent
At least 5 - 6 years years of food safety/ compliance preferably from FMCG manufacturing background
Prior supervisory experience is required
