Manage recruitment, including posting job vacancies, conducting initial screenings, and assisting in the onboarding of new employees.
Monthly attendance and payroll preparation (Info-Tech System).
Checking and updating employees’ overtime, attendance, leave records and allowances.
Maintain employee records and HRIS database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Liaise with government authorities such as JTK, FOMEMA, & Immigration on all employee matters for local & foreign workers.
Handle foreign workers' arrangement or as needed and responsible for foreign workers' permit applications, such as new arrivals, FOMEMA, SP, and COM.
Handle Foreign Workers’ hostel management.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and track employee performance reviews.
Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and performance issues.
Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with investigations, documenting complaints, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
Handle with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters, employment verifications, and disciplinary notices.
Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions and tracking employee participation.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining supplies.
Maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.
