Corporate Communication
1) Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to effectively communicate the ProEight's mission, vision, values, and key messages to stakeholders included brand strategy across all communication channels not limited to press releases, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and internal communications.
2) Support crisis communication efforts by drafting messaging and coordinating responses to ensure timely and accurate communication. This also includes extensive media monitoring and social media listening for daily news monitoring analysis throughout the development of the crises.
3) Support internal communication initiatives by developing employee communication materials, including announcements, newsletters, and intranet content, to ensure alignment with ProEight’s objectives and values.
Media engagement and monitoring.
1) Manage media relations activities, including building relationships with the key editors/journalists and coordination of media engagement activities.
2) Assist in monitoring media coverage (mainstream media and social media listening) for direct brand mentions and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks to the ProEight's reputation. This includes generating media analysis reports for specific issues, crises and special projects.
Social Media and Web Platforms
1) To develop and execute social media plan. Create engaging content, optimise content from across departments, and foster community interaction. Leverage and utilize social media analytics to drive engagement and website traffic.
2) To support in reviewing and updating content on the ProEight website in close collaboration with related departments.
Branding
1) Responsible in supporting and implementing 360 marketing activities, including online social media channels, offline promotion, and marketing to improve brand awareness, creative designer activities and overall brand image.
Event Management & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
1) Responsible for preparing proposal, pitches, the development and execution of the event strategy including the creative direction, budget, logistic, production, technical and programming aspects of the events.
2) Designing, implementing and overseeing the monitoring and evaluation activities of the organization's CSR projects and programs.
3) To support assessment of all profiling initiatives such as invitations and external event participation or collaborations for optimal branding and visibility while safeguarding ProEight’s reputation.
Licensing, Certification, Grant, Intellectual Properties & Vendor Registration
1) Oversee of all application of licenses, certification, grants, intellectual properties, permits, and vendor registrations including new registration, renewal dates, expiration dates, and associated documentation.
2) Responsible for registration companies such as Energy Commission, CIDB, and other relevant government authorities.
Surveys & Reports
1) Prepare for monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to ensure timely and accurate reporting to Superior and/or Management.
2) Responsible to analysis and prepare the report for Customer Satisfaction Survey.
