Responsibilities:
1. To assist in corresponding to all Customer related request and activities.
2. To assist in managing and preparing for all Customer Audit, Internal Audit and Compliance Audits.
3. To drive customer/internal corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross sectioning, dimensional analysis or other means.
4. To implements ongoing quality improvement process working with inter department teams to ensure the production and supply of product is in accordance with the quality and safety standard.

8. To assist in Quality Data Management, maintaining inspection records, quality related update documents, code, standards and specifications as required by the quality system.
9. To assist in research and proposal to the management in the term of suitable and efficient methods of QC improvement that use to the industry.
10. To analyze, produce and present QC report to the management of company.
11. Assist in maintaining manual and electronic filing system for all correspondences.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess Degree or Diploma in any engineering field from recognize University. Any additional certificate related to Quality is an advantage.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experiences in Quality Assurance or Quality Control or related field.
3. Familiar with QA/QC tools & able to read technical drawings.
4. Experience in using test equipment. E.g: CMM, Contracer, Microtrac and etc. will be an added advantage.
5. ISO knowledgeable preferred. IATF16949 knowledge is an advantage.
6. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple priorities.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
9. Proactive and able to withstand pressure to meet datelines.
10. Required skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
11. A well-disciplined team player with positive and problem-solving attitude.
