Requirements
Minimum SPM or higher qualification
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess good communication skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Responsibilities
No outdoor sales required.
Prepare quotations based on sales requirements and ensure accuracy
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to manufacturers/suppliers and follow up on order processing
Track delivery status and ensure timely delivery to customers
Maintain proper records of quotations and orders
Assist supervisor in daily operational and administrative tasks
A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, with room to grow into Marketing or Operations roles in future career path.
