Full Time Shift Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Finecables (Malaysia) Johor - Maukerja

1. 5 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment, prior supervisory experience.

2. Good in people management, production quality controls and leadership skills.

3. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

4. Result-oriented with the proven ability to drive people to achieve and exceed production KPI.

1.Overseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets are met.

2.Assigning workflow assignments, Production planning and cost controls.

3.Ensuring production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.

4.Inspecting production outputs according to company specifications.

5.Identifying and troubleshooting production output issues. As team player, lead to resolve inter- departmental conflict.

6.Resolves personnel problems by analysing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, lead to drive actions to meet the excellence end result.

7.Monitoring operator attendance.

8.Enforcing Environment-Safety-and Health (ESH), company, industry, and government regulations.
