Work closely with other dept team -receiving and outbound team to enable smooth flow of shipment to stores
To assist Operation Executive & Operation Manager on daily order processing and order release by wave, picking, packing, sealing, sorting by route completed shipment in PTC
To ensure daily accuracy on picked quantity(PTC) by oversee the workers picking error from audit report
Ensure picking are carried out as per schedule planned shared by Outbound team daily.
Update daily PTC reporting on workers productivity, handover to outbound team, damages report and abnormality report
Perform performance review daily and check on the workers with productivity issue.
Assist Operations Manager to control shrinkages and eliminate potential loss.
Perform shift handover to another Supervisor/Executive at the end of shift and ensure pending task to be followup
To conduct training to new workers on the PTC picking discipline, picking, packing , sorting sealing, consolidation of shipment out from PTC
To support PTC operations on troubleshot any WMS picking system issue, label printing or setting master file in system.
Collaborate with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to enhance processimprovement
Support Other Operations Zone when need or as when instructed by the Senior Operation Manager or Operations Manager
To ensure inventory within the pickface and locations are well taken care and uphold high level of inventory accuracy.
