-Able to maintenance and service Fanuc controller (CNC Lathe And CNC Mill Machine And Manual lath machine).
-Provide maintenance and repair of workshop machinery and facility equipment.
-Carry-out mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting and repair of workshop machinery and facility equipment.
-Carry-out mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic control troubleshooting and repair jobs.
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with the yearly general machine servicing schedule and checklist.
-Carry out machine maintenance record updating and recording.
-Use and interpret electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams as trouble shooting guide.
-Maintain proper safekeeping of maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
-Carry out safety inspection at workplace and follow safety procedures.
-Carry out daily housekeeping.
-Carry out daily equipment maintenance checks on assigned area.
-Perform any other duties as assigned by his Immediate Supervisors.
