The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a flair for creativity, and a genuine love for exploring new flavors and techniques.
*Responsibilities:*
1.Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen to ensure a successful working environment.
2.Menu development, design or creates new ideas and items for pastry kitchen. Maintain products preparation handling and correct storage standards.
3.Ensures and maintains the productivity level of employees, guide & motivate production team to work efficiently.
4.Supervise production team in preparation of the shift operation.
5.Provide training to Junior Baker on the skill, correct way in operating machine, equipment & tools
6.Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients, equipment to ensure production running smooth & effective.
7.Participate actively in quality initiatives such as daily chef briefings and monthly team meetings in order to constantly improve the production operation, meet production target and keep communication flowing.
8.Ensuring their kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
Skill / Knowledge & Certification:
Education Level
Professional Certificate / Diploma in Culinary Art, Pastry-Making, baking or relevant field.
Working Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing / bakery or similar positions.
Special Skill/knowledge
