Job Summary
The recruitment assistant role is responsible for talent acquisition initiatives to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best-fit candidates while growing a strong talent database.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
To provide day-to-day support in the HR Recruitment spectrum
To assist in the recruitment process such as posting job advertisements, conducting phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews, etc. aligned with local regulations, Company policies, and procedures
Provide coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Pre-screen candidates' resumes and calls.
Post and promote job ads across available platforms such as social media and other portals.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports/analyses on recruitment activities.
Track/ monitor vacancy progress/ staff’s movement and ensure the recruitment processes are executed according to hiring operating procedures and policy and the vacancies are successfully closed in the stipulated turnaround time.
Carry out daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment reports and audit files.
Coordinate hiring activities
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or any relevant discipline.
An energetic, creative, and results-driven individual with well-written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint) and familiar with web-based technologies and social media to support recruiting activities, i.e. LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Well-versed in corporate recruitment processes i.e. interviewing/ assessment experiences and skills, experience in frontline or customer-facing roles, will all be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
Understand clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on print & on-line media, referrals, regular networking, etc.

1. Oversee and develop intake campaigns, specifically to targeted segments, including recommending creative copy.
2. Propose and implement plans based on the campaign, which will contribute to immediate enrolment.

The roles & responsibilities are as follows:
1. Co-ordinate MMU Opendays & Infodays , mainly ensuring counselling assistance from faculties, campus tours and any other on-ground arrangements in the Cyberjaya Campus.
2. Plan, organise, implement other non-agent Cyberjaya campus local UG recruitment events to increase completed applications for local undergraduate. This include physical appointments to the Cytberjaya campus.
3. Assist in all credit transfer matters with the Cyberjaya faculties by ensuring prompt follow-ups with faculties and students, in order to increase applications from this group.
4. Main liaisons with HCM Cyberjaya for transportation arrangements, for all recruitment events in Malaysia.
5. Support and take part in all SRAD events/activities and initiatives from time to time as required by the Director of SRAD.
