HR professional with at least more than 7 years progressive experience in Human Resources
In-dept. knowledge and understanding of Human Resource practices, policies, and legal compliance to provide guidance to individuals throughout on-boarding, selection, training and recruitment.
Exceptional people and communication skills; has the savvy to read situations accurately and ability to respond appropriately and quickly.
Work in Johor Bahru office, and able to travel to branch office in KL.
Preferred with experience in retail and F&B industry.
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
Good at organizing HR documents and files in a systematic manner
Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
Preferably candidate with knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act
Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
Industrial Background Preferred: Min 2 years experience in any manufacturing industry.
At least 1-2 years experience in Procurement
Required skills: ERP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines, resourceful and multi-task
Ability in problem-solving, strong time management skills with a passion for learning
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Advertising / Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management, PR or equivalent.
Strong command in English in both writing and speaking. Multilingual candidates are welcomed with proficiency in Mandarin as an advantage.
