  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion for Prestige Commodity (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in the recycled plastic industry.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking within the homeware, automotive, and packaging manufacturing industries.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored recycled plastic resin solutions (HDPE, PP, LDPE, ABS, PC, PS, HIPS, GPPS).

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends in plastic recycling, sustainability regulations, and raw material pricing, as well as competitive landscapes and potential areas for business growth.

  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and supply agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements and maximizing profitability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Prestige Commodity (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd's high-quality recycled materials.

  • Leverage strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to engage with a diverse client base and stakeholders across Asia.

  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and a keen understanding of the commodity trading and recycling landscape to identify relevant business opportunities.

  • Manage time effectively and maintain self-discipline to achieve individual and team targets in a fast-paced manufacturing and trading environment.

  • Utilize problem-solving abilities to address client challenges regarding material specifications, pricing fluctuations, and delivery schedules, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to business etiquette during all client interactions, factory visits, and networking events.

Tanggungjawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recycled plastic manufacturing and supply sector, focusing on expanding Prestige Commodity (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd'smarket share in Malaysia and potentially acrossAsian markets.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets, including lead generation, client outreach, and sales pipeline management for 2,500 MT of monthly production capacity.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their raw material requirements for homeware, automotive, and packaging production and offering tailored recycled plastic solutions.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends in sustainable materials, plastic resin pricing, and recycling technologies, as well as market gaps and opportunities for new product development.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Prestige Commodity's premium recycled resins (HDPE, PP, LDPE, ABS, PC, PS, HIPS, GPPS).

  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and supply volumes with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company profitability goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production planning, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless order delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Represent Prestige Commodity (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd at industry events, trade shows (e.g., plastics & recycling exhibitions), and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to management on a regular basis.

  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to clients across domestic and international locations.

  • Assist in payment follow-ups, resolve client complaints, and provide after-sales technical support regarding material applications.
