Kelayakan

  • 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience (Duty Free, FMCG, beauty, liquor, or luxury retail preferred).

  • Strong communication skills; multilingual ability is an advantage.

  • Sales-driven with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Basic numeracy and POS handling skills.

  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Must be eligible for security clearance.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Sales & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Actively promote and upsell Duty Free products (liquor, tobacco, perfumes, cosmetics, confectionery, chocolate etc.).

  • Achieve individual, branch sales targets and KPIs.

  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and travel destinations.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns professionally.

Cashiering & Transactions

  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

  • Follow cash handling and reconciliation procedures.

  • Verify boarding passes and travel documents as required for Duty Free sales compliance.

 Merchandising & Branch Operations

  • Replenish gondola, wall bays and ensure products are well displayed according to merchandising guidelines.

  • Maintain branch cleanliness and presentation standards.

  • Monitor stock levels and report fast-moving or low-stock items.

  • Support stock counts and inventory audits when required.

 Compliance & Security

  • Comply with airport security regulations and Duty Free bonded stock procedures.

  • Adhere to customs rules regarding restricted goods and quantity limits.

  • Prevent shrinkage and report suspicious activities.
