Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Must be willing to work on-site in Cheras, adhering to the company's operational schedule.
Responsibilities
Process sales order (SO), purchase orders (PO) and goods receipt note (GRN).
Ensure works are processed in a timely manner.
Identify and assess potential suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper forecasting and inventory levels.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and supplier performance.
Provide administrative support to the department on an as-needed basis.
