MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and coordinate all HSE matters related with operations and contractors in ensuring that the operations is incompliance within requirement i.e. specification, safety code and other policies/guidelines related to HSE.
• Manage health, safety, environment, security and emergency for each phase of operations and achieve safe operations.
• Attend Daily Operations Meeting.
• Implement HSE Management system and operate as key personnel during on-going project
• Manage Risk Assessment of the operations, and hold relevant meeting, workshop internally and with related third parties.
• Advise and reporting to DOSH as required by regulations.
• Conduct and coordinate emergency response training to related staff, e.g. Fire Warden Team, First Aiders.
• Support other HSE team as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid DOSH Green Book holder.
• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in Health, Safety & Environmental particularly in Operations, both Onshore and Offshore location.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill. Knowledgeable in Malaysian OSH Management System, standards and specifications.
