Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Working Hours:

• 5-day work week (Monday – Friday)
• Saturday & Sunday off
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Malaysia Time ; negotiable and may be subject to change)

We are seeking a proactive and driven HR Recruiter (Cantonese) to help us attract and hire top-tier talent.

Role Overview

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates from initial outreach to final decision
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally while managing expectations
• Ensure a structured, efficient, and human-centered recruitment process

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
• Draft and publish compelling job descriptions
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and cost-per-hire
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
