• Good administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and customer service practices.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.

• Preparing quotationsand diligently following up on customer inquiries.
• Process sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and proper delivery of all sales transactions.
• Prepare sales invoices, cash sale invoices, and delivery orders after accurately posting sales transactions to the Navision system.
• Conduct a thorough check of invoices for the correct amount.
• Track sales orders and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Regularly visit customers to strengthen and maintain customer relationships.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
