National Institutes of Biotechnology Malaysia (NIBM) yang ditubuhkan pada 27 Januari 2012 adalah sebuah konsortium institut-institut bioteknologi kebangsaan di bawah Kementerian Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi (MOSTI) beroperasi sebagai syarikat berhad dengan jaminan untuk menerajui penyelidikan, pembangunan, inovasi dan pengkomersilan bioteknologi moden. Konsortium ini terdiri daripada tiga institut iaitu Institut Agro-Bioteknologi Malaysia (ABI) di Serdang, Selangor, Institut Farmaseutikal dan Nutraseutikal Malaysia (IPharm) di Gelugor, Pulau Pinang, dan Institut Genom dan Vaksin Malaysia (MGVI) di Bangi, Selangor.
