Job Description

Requirements

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to resolve issues related to orders, products, and services.

  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify areas for improvement.

  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system, contributing to a knowledge base for future reference.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.

  • Adhere to company service standards and performance metrics, consistently striving to exceed expectations in all customer interactions.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting the overall efficiency of the customer service team.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, service protocols, and new customer service technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for reporting and analysis.

  • Assist in the development and updating of customer service scripts, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to enhance self-service options.

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring a clear escalation path.

  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.
