Requirements
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to resolve issues related to orders, products, and services.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system, contributing to a knowledge base for future reference.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
Adhere to company service standards and performance metrics, consistently striving to exceed expectations in all customer interactions.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting the overall efficiency of the customer service team.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, service protocols, and new customer service technologies.

Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring a clear escalation path.
