Can speak in English and Mandarin

Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate

3 to 4 years hands on experience as a Conveyancing Clerk within a law firm setting

Experience in handling project and sub-sale transactions, SPA documentation and loan/financing documentation from start to completion

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all works

Willing to learn and take on new tasks

A proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented attitude

Preferably able to start work immediately.

To assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing works in respect of SPA and/or loan financing documentations for both sub sale and project cases

All other related conveyancing matters such as perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements and etc.

To liaise effectively with clients, bankers, real estate agents, relevant government agencies and other relevant parties

Raise payment vouchers and invoices and to follow up on collection in a timely manner

Manage the post signing process, including monitoring deadlines, managing the stakeholder account, and preparing settlement statements

Maintain an efficient and organized filing system (both physical and digital) and ensure all critical dates are meticulously diarized.

Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed of their transaction's progress
