Job Description

Requirements

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Front Desk Supervisor

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers and major complaints professionally

  • Prior experience in the automotive repair industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers, guide vehicle parking, and arrange maintenance workstations

  • Handle incoming calls, register customer details, vehicle plate numbers, and record basic fault information

  • Prepare maintenance work orders and input vehicle information into the system

  • Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, serve refreshments, and organize documents

  • Assist senior front desk staff with document copying, record management, and filing of maintenance orders

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WeChat and manage appointment scheduling
